Lucy Colback
Editorial Director of the FT Women in Business Asia Forum

Lucy is the Financial Times’ former Asia Lex Editor, a role in which she used her 20 year experience as an Asia investment specialist to write commentary on financial market issues. She is currently researching and writing a book on the experiences of World War Two survivors, while in her spare time editing corporate governance-related publications. Lucy’s former roles include investment manager at Schroders and Asia equity research sales with Merrill Lynch. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Kaitlin Zhang
CEO of oval Branding

Kaitlin is the CEO of Oval Branding, a London-based branding agency that serves corporate and personal clients in the UK, USA, China with a focus on tech, financial services and government. Kaitlin specialises in cross-border branding and personal branding to help her clients actively craft their brand niche and build their online reputation. Her list of private clients includes UK government officials, venture capitalists, business leaders, startup founders and authors. Kaitlin has led personal branding workshops for the UK Cabinet Office, NatWest Bank, Tech London Advocates and China Britain Business Council among others.
