Beating Burnout: Prioritising Resilience and Self-Care to Protect Your Well-Being

In this short course you will learn how to identify the signs of burnout and understand that it’s not always a “big bang” event but something that can creep up over time as we all strive to deliver more, be more available and the pace of modern life makes it harder to switch off. We’ll identify the difference between burnout and stress and look for tangible, realistic actions we can take to reduce the stressors that build up over time.

This workshop will be led by Isabelle Campbell, VP of portfolio, product and technology, Financial Times.

About The Women In Business Asia Forum

The FT Women in Business Asia Forum was launched to provide women at mid-career level with relevant insights from industry leaders and knowledge exchange from peers, providing a framework to accelerate their path to senior leadership.

FT editors have designed a unique programme of monthly events alongside supporting guides and reports that can be shared throughout members’ organisations. These provide female executives with strategic insight, leadership techniques and valuable peer-to-peer knowledge exchange.
